Over the winter of 2005-2007, the Kalmar Nyckel's Senior Sawyers reconstructed Little Key.
She was first launched in 1986, and needed a new bottom and a good deal of TLC.

Before the rebuild. The shallop had been on display outdoors at the Kalmar Nyckel shipyard for years.

In the carpentry shop, Little Key's frames were repaired and her was bottom replanked.

Rebuilt and with a fresh coat of paint, she's ready for the water.
